I don't understand how this could be healthy. your body would go into starvation mode and overcompensate by putting the weight back on quicker once you went back to eating, wouldn't it? this diet just doesn't make much sense to me. I guess I can see how it would de-tox because lemonade has all that sugar in it and makes you need to go the bathroom so that will clear you out and I could totally see it causing weight loss because you aren't eating, but I would imagine you would put it right back on because your body overcompensates due to the lack of food those 10 days. just some thoughts..
